The receptionist acted rudely and handled my situation poorly. i received a phone call about 'paint' on the towels and door in the bathroom. She accused me and my partner of painting in the bathroom. the receptionist took a £50 fee from my card without my authorization before even calling me!

the reception staff greeted me warmly and the bar and restaurant employees were amicable. due to an issue at my initially booked hotel, i stayed next door. the sister hotel accommodated me well, the bed proved comfortable and the room was clean. the bathroom impressed me with its generous dimensions.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in certain areas.

cute staffearly roomgreat facilities
the staff was very cute at reception, and my room became available earlier than expected. i enjoyed the nice breakfast snacks offered, especially since i did not book meals initially. the great facilities around the hotel and sister hotels added much value to my stay.
the shower only had boiling water, making it unsafe to use.

I booked a standard double room for my stay. the breakfast selection had a good variety. i found it to be a nice offering. the restaurant also offered lovely meals. The access to the pool and sauna were great!!!
the parking situation involved an additional fee.

the staff were polite and created a cute atmosphere. i found the food to be lovely . i had a sea view room and it was worth it, i thought. the room also featured a comfortable bed.
there was no air conditioning in the room and i did not see this information clearly stated. the fan in the room seemed very weak and dusty. i noticed constant banging of doors, this disrupted sleep. the restaurant had a basic menu.
